Exchange Closing Documents

Below you will find closing documents for those developments receiving Exchange funds. Please make sure to download both forms for your development.

Submission of 1602 closing documents:

• All documents in final format must be PDF form and saved to a CD.
• Everything on the CD must be tabbed in accordance with the Due Diligence checklist.
• If you received TCAP funds and have submitted due diligence, you will not have to submit those documents again.
