Below you will find closing documents for those developments receiving TCAP funds. Please make sure to download the forms that apply to your development.
Note: Developments that have not begun construction or have started construction will be considered as "Construction" developments. Those that have completed construction will be considered as "Post-Construction" developments.

Submission of TCAP closing documents:
- All documents in final format must be PDF form and saved to a CD.
- Everything on the CD must be tabbed in accordance with the Due Diligence checklist.
