HomeSaver Plus

If you have experienced a financial hardship associated with the COVID-19 pandemic that created mortgage delinquency, mortgage default, and an increase in housing-related expenses, the Mississippi Home Saver Plus Program may be able to help.

Mississippi Home Corporation has launched the MS Home Saver Plus Program, which will provide homeowners with assistance to prevent and ease mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosures, and displacement of homeowners experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic. Financial hardships could include increased living expenses, change in household size, job loss or reduction in income, etc.
