With over 10 years of experience in the tax credit industry, Alisha Chandler brings a wealth of knowledge to the compliance department. Prior to joining our organization, Alisha was most recently a regional manager overseeing property operation and compliance for properties throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.
She has a passion for helping, teaching, and training individuals not only in the LIHTC community but anyone she comes in contact with that could use her help. For this reason, she changed her major at Capella University from Accounting to Human Resource Management.
Alisha is married and has 4 lovely children. She’s not a person to sit still very long. She’s an adventurer that loves to travel at any given moment. Alisha is looking forward to being able to assist the developments in maintaining compliance in the great state of Mississippi.
A native of Benton, MS, Victoria Mayberry is a married mother of 3 beautiful children; 2 daughters and 1 son. In 2015, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College. Victoria is no stranger to LIHTC compliance monitoring. Her professional career began in property management in 2006. She has worked as a leasing agent, assistant manager, property manager, and most recently compliance specialist for the past 2 ½ years monitoring compliance for properties throughout several states. As a compliance specialist, she ensured all of her sites remained in compliance with both federal and state regulations. She currently holds the HCCP certification.
Victoria joined Mississippi Home Corporation in December of 2017. She enjoys online shopping, is addicted to candy, and loves to travel.
