Affordable Housing Training 101: Construction and Stewardship
Join the Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) and Enterprise Community Partners for a virtual training session that is tailored for emerging developers in Mississippi’s housing, community planning, and real estate sectors.
We will explore:
- Compliance with key federal, state, and local funding sources (LIHTC, HOME, and more)
- Construction management
- Property and asset management
This training is part of a Developer Training Program created by MHC to increase the number of developers participating in MHC’s programs and services. We will lay out the foundations that shape affordable housing development across the state of Mississippi.
This construction and property stewardship training is the conclusion of the Affordable Housing 101 training series that started at the Mississippi Housing Corporation annual conference (although you do need to have attended those sessions to attend or benefit from this training).
