Affordable Housing Training: Building Pro Formas for Single & Multifamily Housing
Join the Mississippi Home Corporation and Enterprise for a focused training session on how to develop and analyze pro formas for both single-family and multifamily housing projects. Whether you’re new to financial modeling or looking to sharpen your skills, this training will provide you with the tools you need to assess project feasibility and support your housing development decisions. This training is ideal for emerging developers in housing, community planning and real estate in Mississippi who want to learn more about how to strategically engage in housing solutions.

This training is part of a Developer Training Program created by MHC to increase the number of developers participating in MHC’s programs and services. This training program will lay out the foundations that shape affordable housing development across the state of Mississippi.
