HTC 101: Determining Household Eligibility Training
This workshop will give the attendees an in-depth look at how to determine income eligibility, how to document tenant files, and how to comply with rent restrictions. Attendees will experience hands-on instruction and exercises in calculating income and file documentation. This training is primarily for those new to LIHTC/Tax Credit as well as those who may need a refresher.
