Re: MHC Reservation System Notice
This serves to notify Participating Lenders and Servicers effective January 12, 2024, that MHC will be accepting reservations through the lender portal on all programs 365 days of the year. This will allow lenders to reserve loans on the weekends or holidays, a service previously not available.
Please remember MHC requires a 3-business day turnaround for underwriting and to review all outstanding conditions on the loans.
